it into MS Project for monitoring the program and making midcourse corrections.
In tandem with the WBS, we can develop a risk mitigation program that
will provide a structured way of insuring program success in spite of
the problems that arise in the life of a development program. Project
Management also includes building a project team. We have expertise
in developing staffing plans and conducting team building programs featuring
certified Team Spirit® facilitators.
